	Lipton® Cup-a-Soup® is available nationally to any store wishing to carry them. Although we would like each of our products to be available in all stores, shelf space and consumer demand sometimes limit the number of items a retailer is willing to carry. How do I understand the date codes on your products?
	Lipton® Cup-A-Soup® products have a “Best if Used By” Date stamped on every package. That is the date that assures the optimum quality and freshness of the product. We recommend you use your product by that date.
What is the best way to store my Cup-A-Soup®?
	Always store unopened envelopes and packages in a cool dry place away from light. Once prepared, any unused soup should be placed in a covered container while still hot (not boiling) and refrigerated immediately. It should be used within 2 days after preparation.
What is the best way to prepare Lipton® Cup-a-Soup®?
	We recommend adding 6 fl. oz. (3/4 cup) of boiling water, stirring it thoroughly, and then letting it stand for one minute, although exactly how much boiling water you add is a personal preference.
Can I prepare two packages of Lipton® Cup-a-Soup® at once?
	Yes, you can prepare two packages at once. Simply use 12 fl. oz. (1 1/2 cups) of boiling water, stirring it thoroughly, and then letting it stand for one minute, although exactly how much boiling water you add is a personal preference.
Can you recommend the best way to use a portion of Cup-A-Soup® envelopes?
	We do not recommend using partial envelopes of the products. Once the envelope is opened, contents may be affected by air, temperature, humidity, etc. We recommend using the entire contents of envelopes at one time because the products are made up of many components. Use of partial contents may result in an imbalance of ingredients and less than favorable results. It is preferable to prepare the entire amount and store any leftovers for later use.

Do your products contain cholesterol?
	If cholesterol is present in a product, you will find the amount per serving listed on the Nutrition Facts panel on each package.
Are any of the Cup-A-Soup® products dairy/lactose free?
	Most of our soups contain meat and/or dairy. Ingredients that may contain any of the top eight allergens as defined by FDA: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, seafood, wheat, eggs, and milk or dairy, as well as any ingredient that may contain gluten are always listed on the label. If you cannot determine whether the product contains the ingredient in question, we suggest you do not use it.
Are Cup-A-Soup® products Kosher?
	Because of the variety of ingredients, especially meat and poultry derivatives, Cup-A-Soup® products are NOT kosher.
Can you tell me what is in the Natural Flavors of your products?
	Our Natural Flavorings and spices not specifically listed on the package are part of our formulation that makes our products unique. These are proprietary and cannot be shared. If the natural flavor contained any of the following top 8 allergens, we would label as “natural flavors, contains (allergen name)”: Egg/Egg products Milk Wheat Legumes Peanuts Soybeans Shellfish/Crustaceans/Mollusks Fish Tree Nuts
Do Cup-A-Soup® products contain MSG?
	If MSG is present in a product either directly added or as a component of another ingredient, it will be listed on the label as MSG or monosodium glutamate. It is never hidden under any other ingredient listing. Lipton's practice is to use MSG only when we believe it is necessary to formulate the best tasting product.
Can you send me a list of Cup-A-Soup® products which are gluten free?
	Since product formulations change from time to time, we do not have a printed list of products that identifies those products that contain specific allergens or gluten. The best advice we can give you is to check the ingredient list on the label. Ingredients that may contain gluten are always listed on the label. If you cannot determine whether the product contains the ingredient in question, we suggest you do not use it.
Can you send me some coupons or samples?
	At this time, we are not distributing any free samples or coupons for our products. We recommend that you check home, cooking and general interest magazines or your newspaper circulars for cents-off coupons. There are also special offers and promotions right here on our web site.
Are there any trans fats in your products?
	If trans fat is present in a product, you will find the amount per serving listed on the Nutrition Facts panel on each package.
How can I obtain donation or sponsorship information?
	As you can imagine, we receive thousands of requests for products and sponsorships throughout the year from many worthy organizations. Therefore, rather than reply to individual appeals, we send product regularly to major U.S. foodbanks, which in turn distribute these items to qualified agencies that service needy members of our communities. Although we would like to support all the commendable causes that are brought to our attention, we simply are unable to do so, and will not be able to accommodate your request at this time.
